1) Do you offer your posters in any other language besides English?

Response: We only offer our posters in English.

2) Is it safe to phone or fax an order in using a charge card for payment?

Response: It is very safe and secure! Our answering system and Fax machine are located in the same secure room.

3) Do you have a catalogue you can send us?

Response:  We do not offer a catalogue other than the one we offer on our web site. The reason for this is we add new posters throughout the year and the catalogue would be outdated.

4) Could you send us a free poster?

Response: I am sorry but we do not offer free posters.

5) When will my order ship?

Response: Orders normally ship within 2 business days.

6) When ordering a large volume of posters in order to achieve a volume discount can they be all different posters or do they have to be all the same poster?

Response: You may choose any combination of posters to achieve a volume discount.

7) Do you offer any other sizes other than 16" x 20"?

Response: We only offer our posters in 16" x 20".

8) Can I purchase your posters in electronic format?

Response: We do not offer our posters in electronic format.

9) Do you offer a subscription plan for your posters?

Response: We do not offer a subscription plan. Most companies order a years worth of posters at the same time in order to achieve a volume discount.

10) Do you offer wholesale pricing for Dealers?

Response: We do not offer wholesale pricing and prefer to remain the only source for our posters.

11) Do you Laminate your posters?

Response: We do not laminate our posters or offer that option.

12) Can you customize the posters such as adding a company logo?

Response: We do not customize our posters in any way. Companies that want their logo on them usually just apply a company logo sticker to the posters after they receive them.
